1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nuhu90 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the nuhu90 website at nuhu90.bio, the nuhu90 mobile app, and all associated services is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that:

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If duplicate accounts are identified, nuhu90 reserves the right to close all but the original account and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings obtained via the duplicate accounts.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at nuhu90 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

Deposited funds are held in your nuhu90 account balance and may be used to place bets, play casino games, or request a withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal amount displayed in your account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

nuhu90 offers a welcome bonus to new players and periodic promotions to existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time of the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across the platform:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The specific requirement is stated in the offer terms. You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on nuhu90 — whether on sports such as cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football or esports, or on casino games including slots, live casino tables and jackpot games — are subject to the specific rules of that product as displayed on the platform.

• Bets confirmed on the platform are final. nuhu90 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical error that causes a game or bet to be settled incorrectly, nuhu90 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• For live sports betting, odds are updated in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that bet. nuhu90 is not responsible for odds changes occurring between a player viewing odds and placing the bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all products and are displayed before you confirm a wager.
• All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the player or the platform.
• In cases where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or voided, bets will be settled according to the sporting rules applicable to that market, as stated in the sports betting section of the platform.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nuhu90 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and possible legal action where applicable:

• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or betting product.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino products.
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information on sporting events.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

nuhu90 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity or payment verification documents when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Chargebacks initiated against nuhu90 deposits.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to prior notice.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, nuhu90 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance, free spins or winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money deposits that were not involved in prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining balance will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your verified payment method.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the nuhu90 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of nuhu90 or its licensed partners and is protected accordingly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute any platform content.
• Use the nuhu90 name, logo or branding for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Frame or mirror the platform on any other website or application.

11 Privacy and Data
